Room Rates & Information
All of our rooms are en-suite, with walk in power showers. Please note that our house is strictly non-smoking, and we do not allow pets.
Please note that we cannot accommodate children under six years old. Children who are six years or over are charged the standard per person rate.

Room 1 with double bed – £175 per night (£87.50 per person per night based on two sharing).
Room 2 with double bed – £165 per night (£82.50 per person per night based on two sharing).
Room 3 with double bed – £165 per night (£82.50 per person per night based on two sharing).
Lavender Cottage, with twin beds – £175 per night (£87.50 per person per night based on two sharing). Extra folding bed plus £35 per night. Terraced garden with patio.
Rose Cottage, with double bed, terraced garden with patio – Rate £125 per night (£62.50 per person per night based on two sharing)
If you require Single Occupancy, as you are taking the whole room, the price is as for two persons sharing, less a discount of £10 per night.
We have a two nights minimum stay policy for online booking.

All of our rooms have beautiful views across Tobermory harbour, except Rose Cottage, and are inclusive of:
- full breakfast
- en-suite with underfloor heating keeping them warm /dry, and heated towel rails
- tea and coffee making facilities,
- Super Fast broadband
- TV’s
- Information folders.
Check in time is from 4pm to 6.30 pm unless previously arranged.
Check out on departure 10am.
Payment Methods
Please note that we do not have credit card facilities and do not take payment by cheque.
Please could you make arrangements to pay the total amount for your stay in cash any time after your arrival, thank you.
Car Parking
There is no problem with free car parking at Harbour View
Smoking & Pet Policy
Our house is non smoking and we do not allow pets.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot make your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try and rebook the room, but you are liable for the cost if we fail to do this. We will refund any deposit paid if we successfully let the room.
We highly recommend that you take out Holiday insurance, which is not expensive, for your peace of mind.
