About Us

Welcome to Harbour View Bed and Breakfast and Lavender Cottage, Tobermory, Isle of Mull, Scotland.

Harbour View is situated in an elevated position within the old conservation area of Tobermory and has spectacular views across Tobermory Harbour and down the Sound of Mull with the mountains of the Ardnamurchan peninsular in the distance. The mountains look beautiful in the winter with snow on the peaks.

The property has been completely renovated and is warm and comfortable. We have kept the character and charm of the early Victorian fisherman's cottage, with exposed stone walls, wooden sash windows, and stone fireplaces. Conveniently situated with great views of the harbour and we are only a few minutes walk down to the Main Street of Tobermory.

Our kitchen is housed within a completely new extension, and is kept spotlessly clean. We take great pride in keeping everything in the house in beautiful condition.

We currently have three letting bedrooms all with en-suite facilities, and under floor heating keeping your room warm and dry. Our detached cottage also with en-suite. They are simply decorated but have loads of charm and character, all have beautiful views overlooking Tobermory harbour.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, en-suite with shower, under floor heating and has two windows overlooking Tobermory harbour.

Bedroom 2 has double bed, en-suite with shower, under floor heating with window overlooking Tobermory harbour.

Bedroom 3, has small double and if required single bed, en-suite with shower, under floor heating and window overlooking Tobermory harbour.

Lavender Cottage.

Situated in an elevated position at the rear of the main house, has it's own entrance, private patio where you can sit and admire the garden and view, en-suite with shower and under floor heating, twin beds, lounge area with sofa, TV, and has views from two windows overlooking the charming terraced garden with views to Tobermory harbour.

Wonderful stay in October 2011, and loved the wood burning stove in the breakfast room. Great place to come and finish climbing our last Munroe,' Ben More’. Will be back again soon.
